The NLCC Quilters are those who are a part of the Quilt ministry of New Life Community Church, in Stafford, VA.

November 2008 Fundraiser–Update!

From Lacy (who set up the quilt-a-thon):

Hi quilters!! I just wanted to let you all know how the Fundraiser went. It was a HUGE SUCCESS!!! NONE of the quilts were left over!!! What a blessing! Some quilts were picked as the prize for raffles (if your number was called, you got to pick anything off of the table), when the raffles were over, ANYTHING left over was sold. The Quilts all went for 100.00 each and they were the second thing we sold out of!!!

November 2008.
Some of us recently helped in a “quilt-a-thon.” The object was to make as many baby quilts as we could in a two day period. The quilts will be part of a silent auction to raise money for Sophie Grace, a newborn from Stafford, with some significant health problems (mainlysitus inversus and a dying liver).
